Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions By booking our services, you agree to the following terms: Service Commitment: We prioritize your vehicle's safety and will not perform any service that may cause damage. Please disclose any existing cosmetic or mechanical issues, such as battery problems or non-operational windows, prior to service. Personal Items: Please remove valuable items from your vehicle before the service to ensure a smooth cleaning process. Health and Safety: Inform us of any potential health hazards in your vehicle, including harmful substances. You are responsible for any safety issues arising from your vehicle. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge of $30. If we cannot detail your vehicle upon arrival for any reason of yours, you will be charged $50. Appointment Timing: We will arrive as scheduled, but unforeseen circumstances like weather may cause delays. We will notify you if changes occur. Pricing: Pricing is based on vehicle size and condition, with additional charges for heavy stains, pet hair, and other special requirements. Liability: You agree to hold Otter Shine Mobile Detailing harmless from any property damage or loss arising from our services. We will not install or remove car seats or custom equipment without your consent. Appointment Changes: Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice provide three options: reschedule at no extra cost, incur a $50 cancellation fee, or convert your appointment to a gift card. Payment: Full payment is due at service completion. We accept cash and credit cards. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be applied for payments made by credit card. Additional charges may apply for returned payments. Marketing: We may take photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing, but will not share this media with third parties.
